Thanks for visiting Mud Muscle and Markets.
I began blogging after being a quantitative high-frequency trader for 15 years. I try to provide original content that may be interesting to investors and share some of the knowledge I gained while trading on Wall Street. I hope you find it thought-provoking.
Before I was doing stochastic math, I was a deep-sea diving and salvage officer in the US Navy. It was a fantastic job and I was fortunate to serve with some amazing men and women. I also spent some time driving minesweepers; not as fun as dragging chain but equally rewarding.
This site is named after a famous book written about deep-sea diving and salvage; the book's main message: “Plan your dive, dive your plan.” I have found that mantra useful as a trader and as an investor.
